I JUST booked a 4:00 shuttle from Bakersfield to the fest. I arrive at 4:02 and then have to grab my bag. Should be quick cuz it’s so small of an airport! Can the 4:00 wait for me or should I take the 8:00 shuttle? I signed up for the 4:00…but I understand if it’s too late…My morning flights got delayed so I’m way later than anticipated…

YOOOO! Great news. Gotta tell you, folks, listening to Kelly on Aubrey Marcus podcast – episode #406 – right now and it is GOLD and FIRE and everything else that means WOW WOW WOW. Kelly has the gift of putting into words the phenomena that I deeply feel as resonant and sooo familiar, but maybe didn’t have the words for (so without language I am not truly aware) and so I am discovering so much about what is alive in me simply through her articulation. It’s a must-listen, especially for women… <3

Howdy! Last year I flew into Bakersfield- (I live in Iowa), my friend picked me up, and Cielos was really close from there, only an hour-ish. Bakersfield airport is so tiny and easy easy easy. We stopped on the way and picked up a $30 tent roomy enough for 3 ppl. 🙂
Frances – get your ticket! You are guaranteed to be thrilled that you did so, and you’ll feel this immediately upon entering the grounds. For real. Your new community is waiting for you. <3 I went last October for the first time and I literally can’t imagine missing another one everrrrr! And I love your adventurous spirit, backpacking and all!
