Julia Tulsi Bagnoli, M.A. is a second generation Vedic Astrologer (Jyotishi) and meditation teacher who has been practicing yoga and meditation since the age of four and teaching professionally throughout the US and India for over 17+ years. She has a private  practice in Topanga Canyon and is delighted to be hosting monthly full moon women’s circles.
