Polla Pratt – Roadmap For Trailblazing The Transition

If you are attending Music and Sky this Summer we ask that you grab a tasty drink, get comfortable and watch this entire video.  This is an important strategy for how our community will respectfully engage with each other moving forward; helping each one of us to develop our own innate leadership qualities while engaging our unique super powers for the benefit of all.  

Polla Pratt is a Sovereign Systems Designer and pioneer in the fields of Somatics and Socio-Economic development. Polla’s Roadmap to Trailblazing the Transition workshop at our October 2022 Music and Sky Gathering offered our community a paradigm paving, culture changing foundation, framework, and embodied process for developing self-leadership and self-governance, and for developing our community from the inside out of each community member, while modeling bottom up (vs top down) individual and group leadership.

In her 2-part presentation, Polla walks us through her succinct and systematic Somatic Protocols and teaches us how we can first know ourselves and own our triggers so we can better connect, collaborate and co-create with each other in the community. She invited Mike Winner and Yerasimos Stilianessis to help take the audience through her trigger tracking process and then her 4 Core Community Questions to create greater awareness and understanding of our larger triggers as a community. And at the end of her presentation, Polla made a Call to Action to the community to self-organize a group to develop her suggested 4 Core Community Agreements.

Since then, Polla, along with her M&S initiative co-champion, Sophie Fletcher, and Angela, Ember, Olaf, Mike, Matt, and Kat have been collaborating to help our community to develop these 4 Core Community Agreements that support transparent, healthy interactions and powerful growth opportunities. This is super cutting-edge stuff, and we couldn’t be happier to have these amazing individuals taking leadership in our Music and Sky community development process.
