Our farm is a group collaboration; we are growing garden magic together.

Passiflora Farm Club is a practice of Collective Creativity.

Our Farm is a place to enjoy, relax, and be at ease. Private baths under the stars, and more!

Our purpose

This private sanctuary will flourish in supreme garden magic for our collective benefit.

We are growing a community of permaculturists: health-conscious and culturally proactive individuals, building functional farms to serve the public and private for our collective well-being, for generations to come.

Our Purpose is to create a garden sanctuary for the benefit of our Farm Members. Tranquility, connection, and abundance are woven into the Passiflora Farm Club experience through our land, work, and social engagements.

Our farms provide private space for solitary and communal experiences based in health, wellness, and culture.

Our pathway

Our opportunity

We have a unicorn opportunity to engage in a long-term agricultural lease for approximately 3 acres of land in North San Diego County’s Pauma Valley. The full 17-acre property (privately accessible here on Google Earth; please don’t share) is in a goldilocks microclimate within the avocado and orange groves of Palomar Mountain’s foothills.

The Landowner shares our purposes and is willing to work with us in a lease-to-own agreement to transfer property ownership into a land trust held by Passiflora Farm, once we come together and start the farm.

The land

Nestled on the southern slopes of the Palomar Mountain Range with heroic views, absolute privacy and top-notch tranquility with no visible neighbors. Decompress, relax, and enjoy the peace and serenity in a private garden setting. The lease opportunity covers three acres of south-facing slope.

Water is properly distributed by the Yuima Municipal Water District: renowned as the most low-cost, high-quality, and reliable water in SoCal. It was created specifically for the local avocado and citrus industry, and we get to be part of it.

Our lease

To do this, we are responsible for the Phase 1 rent of $1,500 a month for access to The Cabin and Upper Ag Terrace areas (see map below).

We are raising funding via memberships to the Passiflora Farm Club to jumpstart this project. We offer three types of membership: see the memberships.
