Need To Transfer An Event Ticket?
If you have purchased a ticket to The Gathering and now can’t go, we created this group to transfer/sell to others in the community. Let an admin know once the exchange is done so we can update ticket details. Once you find someone, you can use the Cielos ticketing system to do the transfer. No need to send money to each other.

how do we access the Cielos ticketing system to do a transfer? Do you call them?

Hi Isaac, try this:
https://cielos.account.webconnex.com/login/
Log in or create an account if you don’t already have one. Then from top banner ‘tickets’ then ‘show details’ then transfer button and then reassign tix with new name and email.

If that doesn’t make sense, go to your email from Cielos when you bought your tix originally. In it should be a link to create your account.
