Hey guys got some bummer news about the event. We had to pull Archaix from the lineup today. It was a very tough decision but one made in the best interest for the community and the event. We were looking at potential calamity with the venue due to threats being made + a bunch of parents out of the loop who were confused and deeply concerned about the whole thing.
I called Jason this morning and told him it had nothing to do with his content or his past, and that we were proud to stand up for him, but that due to the nature of this being a large scale family event and the amount of controversy this was causing us, we had to do it. We have way too much invested to risk losing our venue this close to the event. We hope you all understand.
We will invite Jason back to a future M&S when the time and place is appropriate. If anyone wants to talk with us more about this feel free to DM me or email us at [email protected]. We’re an open book here and want to be as open and transparent with our community as we are with each other behind the scenes. Thanks.

About the threats, I had a feeling that could happen. I hope to see him another time.

Well we have had them for some time but they have gotten more extreme of late and are now bringing in innocents that didn’t sign up for this fight. When we have our own land to do M&S on we won’t have issues like this!

We were coming from Joshua Tree and have spent 2K already(glamping) primarily to see Jason. If you are pulling out WE ARE PULLING OUT. Please send info regarding ticket refund.

While the ticket clearly states that all sales are final, no refunds we do understand you are upset. Typically we ask that you offer up the tickets and tent to someone else in the community to purchase but for this case we will just refund you. Music & Sky has always been about the community experience first and foremost, not one single speaker, so if that is your primary reason for coming we agree that it’s probably for the best that someone else gets your glamping tent as they do sell out every year. Look for a refund coming soon. Thanks.
